At Catholic Charities, we understand the importance of secure and affordable housing. Our commitment to fostering vibrant communities is reflected in our two exceptional low-income housing programs designed to meet the diverse needs of individuals and families. Housing options range from cozy studios to spacious 4-bedroom apartments.
All tenants in our Supportive Housing program have access to case management and support services. Our Affordable Apartments program does not include these services.
To streamline the application process, we have separate applications for our Supportive Housing Program and our Affordable Family Apartments. Please review the Tenant Selection Plans included in each application for eligibility information!

Catholic Charities Housing Office offers 25 family apartments with supportive services in Albany and Schenectady. Apartment sizes range from studio to 4-bedroom. Priority is given to families currently experiencing homelessness, and support services are offered to all tenants.

Catholic Charities offers income-restricted family housing in Albany, Renssalaer, and Herkimer Counties. This program does not include case management or supportive services. Priority is given to veterans, and homeless status is not a factor in determining placement.
