Terry Ann and her two children have been tenants of Catholic Charities Housing Office’s (CCHO) Family Apartment program for more than six years. A Jamaican native, Terry Ann originally came to stay with family in the United States intending to forge a better life for herself. When best laid plans went awry, Terry Ann started anew with Catholic Charities. |
